Hi there! Just a quick note At ZAR, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns, and all
sales are final. We also do not accommodate product swaps unless there’s an issue with your order.
Every product is showcased with photos on our website and through detailed Instagram reels so
please choose carefully before placing your order.
Good news! We now offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If your item breaks or discolors
within 30 days, we’ll send you a replacement. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we won’t be able to assist
We’re confident in the quality of our jewelry, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back! If you
receive an item that’s defective, broken, or tarnished within 15 days of delivery, we’ll gladly replace it.
If something’s missing from your order, we’ll ship it out to you.

A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
This policy only applies to items that are defective due to manufacturing issues, damaged in
shipping, or if an item was missing from your order. The product will be replaced with the same item
you originally ordered. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer a swap with a similar design.
Please note: We cannot replace or refund items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or
regular wear and tear.
